More wind protection for long-distance rides and sustained high speeds: The PUIG Touring windshield was developed specifically for the 2025 KAWASAKI Z1100. Its aerodynamically refined shape primarily relieves pressure on the upper body, reduces disruptive turbulence and integrates precisely into the motorcycle’s distinctive front end.
Purpose-developed touring wind protection
At 425 mm high, the windshield is 130 mm higher than the stock screen. The 270 mm-wide central area was aerodynamically designed to significantly reduce air pressure around the chest. A central channel-like opening keeps the Z1100’s position light visible, preserving its original function and the front end’s distinctive appearance.

Measurable aerodynamic relief
In the aerodynamic study conducted, the pressure load acting on the rider decreased from 8.1 kg with the stock configuration to 4.3 kg. This represents an improvement of 52 percent, which is particularly noticeable around the chest. The reduced load supports more comfortable, less tiring riding.
Robust, precision-made construction
PUIG manufactures the windshield in Barcelona from 3 mm-thick, high-impact acrylic material. Rounded edges combine a clean finish with low weight and excellent durability. The metal brackets feature anti-corrosion treatment and a textured black paint finish for solid, long-lasting mounting.
