RAD fairing kit for R 1200 GS LC and R 1250 GS

The comprehensive RAD kit transforms the design of the front and side sections of the BMW GS. Lightweight ABS fairing parts are combined with sandblasted stainless steel and CNC-machined aluminum details. At the same time, several components support airflow management around the radiator and airbox.

Fairing and Ergonomics

• Pair of lightweight ABS tank covers painted in original colors, with graphics and transparent protection
• Tank covers with pre-drilled holes and the required screws, rubber components and installation parts
• Pair of extremely lightweight matte black ABS side panels with a matte transparent finish
• Matte black ABS center cover for quick installation on the tank covers
• Matte black ABS tip piece with logo beneath a matte transparent finish and its own bracket

Radiator and Airbox Components

• Pair of matte black ABS radiator deflectors with a matte transparent finish
• The radiator deflectors direct hot air from the radiator area away from the rider's legs
• Radiator deflectors prepared for attachment to the frame
• Airbox snorkels replace the original airflow restrictors and increase performance in the mid-range
• Sandblasted and electropolished stainless steel side protectors increase airflow around the airbox snorkel

Redesigned Front Section

• The front element gives the front a slimmer, more tapered appearance
• Side mounts for the original R 1200 GS logos removed from the motorcycle
• Two pre-cut decals as an alternative to the removed logos
• Air intakes made from solid Ergal, CNC-machined and then anodized
• Laser-cut stainless steel mesh and side Unit Garage logo on the air intakes

Compatibility and Installation

The kit is intended for the BMW R 1200 GS LC from model year 2017 onward and for the BMW R 1250 GS. The Adventure version of the R 1200 GS LC is excluded. The motorcycle's respective model year must be taken into account when selecting the kit. As the kit is continuously refined in detail, the images may show an earlier version.
