AXP Enduro Xtrem underrun protection for the GAS GAS EX 300

The AXP Enduro Xtrem underrun protection is designed for the GAS GAS EX 300 model years 2021-2023. Its design provides comprehensive protection for the engine area, extending from the frame to the bottom of the footrests. As a result, the protective plate covers central areas of the underside of the vehicle in a continuous structure.

Protection concept for demanding enduro applications

The underrun protection is made of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) with a thickness of 8 mm. The extended version extends the protection to the shock absorber linkage. Below the linkage, a reinforcement part ensures that the material is twice as thick; this reinforcement part is included.

Tried and tested design

The design and manufacturing process have been newly developed. The underrun protection was tested and approved by Wade Young from the Sherco Factory Team after a year of testing under “Hard / Extreme” conditions.
