The BMW R nineT in the style of a travel icon

The PARIS DAKAR GR86 kit transforms the R nineT with a shorter 22.5 liter tank, a two-piece seat and redesigned side panels. The changed seating position brings the rider closer to the handlebars and supports greater load on the front wheel. All body panels are painted, with graphics added under the clear coat and delivered ready to install.

Tank and driving experience

• Shorter nylon tank with 22.5 liter capacity
• Weight saving of 1.7 kg compared to the original tank
• The motorcycle's fuel cap, fuel pump and activated carbon filter are still used
• The function of the reserve warning light remains intact
• All required tank mounts are included
• Completely reversible conversion without changes to the original components mentioned
• With a stated average consumption of 17.7 km/l, this gives a calculated range of around 400 km

Seat and side panels

• Completely delivered, comfortable seat with a seat height of 850 mm like the original Urban GS
• Two-part construction with quickly removable pillion part
• The rear seating area can be removed using the included key to create additional luggage space when traveling solo
• Molded ABS side panels
• Surfaces in matt black or in white and red in the style of the Urban GS
• Graphics or decors under the transparent top layer

Scope of delivery and assembly

The kit comes with the brackets, mounting brackets, screws and anti-vibration mounts needed for assembly. A video instruction is included. The construction is designed for reversible conversion.
