nineT/7 Manila Special Edition – characteristic tank conversion for the R nineT

The Manila Special Edition transfers the well-known unit garage tank for the BMW R nineT into its own special paint finish. Its shorter shape allows for a seating position further forward and supports greater load on the front wheel. According to the manufacturer, this improves comfort, handlebar feel and handling.

Preservation of the original functions

The motorcycle's fuel cap and fuel pump are taken over. The reserve light continues to work, and the original activated carbon filter or canister is also retained. No manipulation is required on these components.

Karakum transition bag

The Karakum leather bag forms the transition between the unit garage tank and the bench seats that are mounted with the original tank. At the same time, it offers storage space for small items such as keys, toll devices, gate openers or coins.

Assembly and retrofitting

The painted tank is mounted in place of the original tank. All required tank brackets are included in the kit. The conversion is completely reversible.
