The BREMBO Hypure brake caliper on the left is intended for the Aprilia RSV4 1100 ABS FACTORY from 2025. The asymmetrical design combines a reduced construction with high rigidity and supports precise control of the front braking system.

Function and design features

Compared to reference calipers in its class, the Hypure achieves a 10% weight reduction without compromising stiffness. The advanced heat transfer capability is designed for consistent braking performance. A patented spring/pad/pin system with a specially developed contact surface between the pad and brake caliper minimizes residual torque.
