Dry lubrication with a fine PTFE layer

Motorex spray with PTFE serves as a lubricant and release agent without leaving oily residue. The extremely thin PTFE layer is particularly suitable for applications where mineral oils or silicones are undesirable.

Properties and applications

• PTFE particle size: 5 μm
• Prevents parts from sticking together in molds or machine tool structures
• Virtually unlimited chemical resistance
• Temperature-resistant up to +265 °C
• Suitable for hygienic dry lubrication
• Can be used on slide rails and guide rails, conveyor belts, conveyor rollers and transport carriages
• Suitable for window mechanisms as well as roller shutter and shutter systems
• Suitable for permanent lubrication of shafts in plastic bearings

Application

Shake the container thoroughly before use until the mixing ball moves freely.
