Comprehensive 80-mm digital instrument with installation kit

This digital instrument replaces the original instrument panel and combines speed, engine speed, temperature, gear and riding data in a compact display. The kit contains the components intended for installation, including mounts, wiring, temperature sensor and instructions.

• Adjustable fuel tank resistance range from 0 to 990 Ohm or can be disabled
• Battery voltage with setting from 11,0 to 15,0 Volt
• Reminder function based on kilometers or operating hours
• Scroll interval for the second display line from 1 to 20 seconds or can be disabled
• Backlighting for the dial and LCD displays with five brightness levels

Gear and shift indicator

The gear indicator is calculated from engine speed and road speed and can be switched off. The shift LED integrated into the dial lights up red as soon as the set value is exceeded. The indicators for side stand warning, gear engaged, neutral and reverse gear for quad or ATV can also be configured.

Installation and compatibility

The instrument is universal and not manufactured exclusively for a specific motorcycle model. Model-specific installation instructions are available in addition to the Acewell instructions. The kit is listed for the BMW R 1150 R from model years 2000 to 2006, among others.

Installation must be carried out by a specialist workshop; online installation support is not available. The odometer can only be set before reaching 30 km. After that, the value is permanently stored and can no longer be changed.
