The Malossi H2O cylinder-piston kit is designed for the Derbi GPR 125 4 T from 2009-2013. The cylinder has a bore of Ø 67 mm and is machined on high-precision CNC machines. The piston-cylinder fit is 0.05 mm and the compression ratio is 12:1.

The weight-reduced and reinforced super-compact piston has three segments and extra-large heat exchange surfaces. It is made from a special aluminum-silicon alloy with low thermal expansion. A tin additive is used on the sliding surfaces. Piston machining is also done on CNC machines.
