This H2O cylinder-piston kit from MALOSSI is designed for the Derbi GPR 125 Nude from 2007-2008. The cylinder has a bore of Ø 67 mm and is machined on high-precision CNC machines. The piston-cylinder fit is 0.05 mm and the compression ratio is 12:1.

Cylinder and heat dissipation

The cylinder is made of a high-silicon, refined and hardened aluminum alloy. Its inner liner has a silicon carbide coating on a galvanic nickel matrix. Cross-smoothing in two diamond steps and machining to tight tolerances define the running surface. Newly calculated, extra-large heat exchange surfaces support heat transfer in the H2O system.

Pistons and piston rings

The super-compact piston with three segments is made from a special aluminum-silicon alloy with low thermal expansion. A tin additive is used on the sliding surfaces. The CNC machined piston is reduced in weight and reinforced; It also has extra large heat exchange surfaces.
