The underrun protection is made from 8 mm thick PE-HD. The material is cut and thermoformed into a one-piece component. This production enables a continuous protection solution without a multi-part construction. Compared to 4 mm thick aluminum, the underrun protection is 40% lighter. In addition, the design works without vibrations.

Vehicle assignment and assembly

The underrun protection is intended for the GAS GAS EC 250 built between 2021 and 2023. The assembly takes place on the original brackets of the motorcycle. No drilling or modifications to the motorcycle are required. A mounting kit and assembly instructions are included in the scope of delivery.

The one-piece PE-HD construction combines the protection of the engine area, side engine housing, frame and rods in a common solution. This makes the component suitable for riders who want to specifically protect the underbody of their GAS GAS EC 250 during enduro rides.
