V-FORCE 4X diaphragm valve system for GAS GAS EC 250

The V-FORCE 4X diaphragm valve system is tailored to the GAS GAS EC 250 in the 2024-2025 model year range. It uses the OEM oil injector, thereby supporting easy installation without having to adjust oil lines or injectors. No bleeding is required during assembly.

Function and benefits

The reed valve system improves throttle response and peak performance. It also increases performance and extends the life of the slats. The system thus combines a revised intake component with an installation designed for the existing oil injector.

The lamellar cage design eliminates the need for an additional overmolding step. This allows manufacturing costs to be reduced and the resulting savings to be passed on to consumers.
