PUIG High-Road Sport: compact screen with optimized air flow

The PUIG High-Road Sport screen combines a sporty, compact shape with specifically developed aerodynamic relief. Its upper deflector and the side contour guide the wind past the driver in a more controlled manner. Their height corresponds to the original pane.

Aerodynamically designed sports form

A deflector at the top helps reduce turbulence, while side shapes direct airflow away from the shoulders. The compact design maintains a clear field of vision and supports freedom of movement on the motorcycle.

In an aerodynamic comparison with the original windshield, a reduction in the air pressure acting on the driver was determined by 0.4 kg or 38%. This can contribute to less stress and greater driving comfort, especially on longer journeys. An aerodynamic study is part of the product documentation.

Four millimeter thick CN acrylic

PUIG manufactures the High-Road Sport in Barcelona from high-quality, 4 mm thick CN acrylic. The rounded edge combines a clean design with durability and low weight. The disc is 645 mm wide and has the same height as the original.

Assembly and documentation
