Description

The HSR 42mm carburetor Easy Kit for Harley Davidson Dyna models from 1999 to 2006 optimizes the starting behavior and the performance and torque development of the engine. Thanks to an improved air throughput capacity compared to the previous HS40 model, the smooth bore of the carburetor enables excellent gas response under different driving conditions. The carburetor has an adjustable accelerator pump, a two -part throttle valve slide on stainless roller bearings, an optimized throttle valve feather, an air screw for low speeds as well as an extended needle valve and float housing.

Details

The high-performance kit is installed on the standard intake manifold. It includes the carburetor itself, an adapter, an air filter lid (if necessary) and a detailed guide for assembly and fine -tuning. This kit was specially developed for the specified models to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
