The 3-phase charging system for Harley Davidson Dyna models from 2003 to 2005 offers improved load performance and reliability. With an output power of 25 amps in idle and up to 40 amps at speeds over 2,800 rpm, this system efficiently supports the energy needs of the motorcycle. The combination of narrow rotor and stator enables easy integration into the primary housing without modifications on the motorcycle frame. The rotor is specially balanced and ventilated to ensure optimal cooling of the stator, which ensures performance even when the load is high. A robust spacer with flange seal additionally stabilizes the rotor, while the voltage controller delivers 14.25 volts to guarantee an even power over the entire speed range.
