The hand-built front wheel from HAAN WHEELS is intended for the Honda CRF 450 R (PE 05) in the entire model year range from 2002 to 2016. The version combines a black Excel rim with a black hub and black spokes. Red spoke nipples create a clear color accent.

Structure and function

The Excel rim is made of 7000 aluminum and is made in Japan. The one-piece hub is made of 6082 aluminum. Koyo bearings support the smooth-running storage of the front wheel. The central tube and spacers made of 7075 aluminum complement the robust wheel structure.

The spokes are made of special stainless steel and, according to the manufacturer, are 30% stronger than OEM spokes. The front wheel is hand-built, assembled and balanced. This means it is prepared for the intended installation.
