The hard anodized RFX Pro Series clutch cover is designed for the Honda CRF 450 X (PE 06) from the 2009-2016 model year range. Its deeper profile creates additional space for the clutch oil and thus supports improved oil circulation in the clutch area.

Function and execution

• The profile is 1.5mm deeper than a standard lid.
• The oil capacity increases by 100 cm³.
• The larger oil quantity supports a lower oil temperature during long races and high clutch stress.
• This model is designed with an inner scoop, which increases the oil flow to the center of the basket.

The clutch cover is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum. The construction allows for light, thin areas and combines low weight with high strength. This means that the cover offers a robust alternative to the standard version when stones, footrests or brake pedals put strain on the clutch area.
