Hyperpro steering damper S55 mm
Configurable Hyperpro steering damper in Standard design with 55 mm stroke. Choose the damping type and colour to match your vehicle-specific mounting kit.
Important: Only the steering damper is supplied. A suitable vehicle-specific Hyperpro mounting kit is also required for installation.
CSC or RSC – what is the difference?
CSC: CSC (Constant Safety Control) operates linearly: At the same movement speed, the damping remains constant. The damping force can be adjusted through 22 clicks from low to high.
RSC: RSC (Reactive Safety Control) operates progressively: Damping remains relatively low during slow steering movements and increases more as movement speed rises. RSC can also be adjusted through 22 clicks.
CSC provides consistent support throughout the entire movement range. RSC allows slower steering movements more easily and intervenes more strongly during rapid inputs. The decisive factor is which version the vehicle-specific bracket kit permits.
