Evotech Evo lever set for the Kawasaki ER5

This British-designed set combines a full-length folding clutch lever with a short two-finger brake lever. Ergonomically rounded edges support a comfortable grip and controlled operation.

Folding mechanism and short brake lever

The clutch lever can deflect upwards when it comes into contact with a solid obstacle to reduce the risk of breakage. A tensioned spring with bearings keeps it securely in position while driving; it is then reset manually.

The non-folding Evo Short brake lever is shorter than a standard lever. This means its ball end is closer to the motorcycle and less exposed to the handlebar end. A defined breaking point at the end of the ball complements the design.

Individually adjustable

• Six-stage reach adjustment on both levers
• Red anodized adjusters
• Milled markings to indicate selected position
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm, measured at the center of the lever, with a deviation of ±1 mm

• Lever blades and holder connections milled from solid aluminum material
• CNC machined stainless steel components including clevis pins and locking clips

Scope of delivery

An Evotech Evo set consisting of a folding clutch lever and a short two-finger brake lever with the associated holder connections is supplied.

Assembly

The CNC-milled holder connections are designed to precisely hold the intended original components. After assembly, both levers can be adjusted to different finger lengths using the integrated adjusters.
