KTM 125 Duke [2017-2023] - Evo short lever set for clutch and brake

Precise control with a compact lever length

The Evotech Performance Evo short lever set was developed model-specifically for the KTM 125 Duke. The lever blades, which are shorter than the original levers, offer a usable width of around 55 mm and are designed for operation with two gloved fingers.

Deeply rounded edges along the levers support a comfortable grip. The compact design also reduces the risk of contact with solid obstacles. A defined break point is located at the spherical end of the lever.

Individually adjustable grip width

• Six-stage reach adjustment on clutch and brake levers
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm with a tolerance of ±1 mm measured at the center of the lever
• Milled markings indicate the selected position
• Red anodized adjusters for a clear visual demarcation

Machined aluminum construction

Lever blades and mounting brackets are milled from solid aluminum and permanently anodized black. Millings on the backs reduce the weight without sacrificing structural strength.

CNC machined pivot pins and locking clips are made of stainless steel. The precisely edited recordings make it easier to adopt the intended original components. The dimensions of the spherical lever ends comply with legal requirements.

Assembly

The set replaces the standard clutch and brake levers. Basic tools are sufficient for assembly. The model-specific milled mounts are tailored to the existing fastenings as well as the relevant KTM clutch and brake light switches. A video assembly instruction from the manufacturer is available.

Suitable exclusively for the KTM 125 Duke built between 2017 and 2023. The lever set is designed specifically for the model and is not intended as a universal component.
