RFX Pro Series titanium/aluminum footrests for KTM 250 SX

The RFX Pro Series footpegs combine a lightweight aluminum base with durable titanium teeth. The design is designed for secure grip and controlled driving in difficult conditions. The footpegs were developed by the RFX R&D team and tuned together with RFX-sponsored riders.

Function and construction

• The base is CNC machined and made from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy.
• Hard anodization supports the wear resistance of the aluminum base.
• Ti-6AL-4V aerospace titanium is used for the teeth.
• The titanium teeth are replaceable, allowing individual teeth to be replaced instead of a full set.
• The teeth, which are thicker than their steel predecessors, significantly reduce boot wear.
• Each footrest weighs 160 grams.

The combination of titanium and aluminum offers a functional construction with a clean, sweat-free look. The replaceable teeth support economical maintenance when individual contact surfaces are worn.
