For the 2003 to 2006 BMW F 650 GS Dakar, this black Hepco & Becker handlebar riser provides a 25 mm rise. It is designed for a handlebar diameter of 22.2 mm.

Higher, but without rearward offset
The design changes only the handlebar height; the specified offset is 0 mm. This allows the riding position to be adjusted through a higher handlebar position without moving the handlebar backwards.
