The cast S3 piston is intended for the 2020 Sherco 300 ST-R. With a diameter of Ø78,950 mm and oversize A, it offers a clearly defined selection for the right motor application.

Characteristics for engine operation

The piston is made of an aluminum-silicon alloy. A protective layer made of molybdenum disulfide supports the design of the component. The construction is designed for low weight and high durability. This limits vibrations while allowing the engine to build up speed more quickly.

The piston includes nitrided steel rings. This version combines the cast piston type with the components intended for installation in the specified vehicle assignment.
