Sporty lines, precise dimensions and aerodynamically optimized contours: The PUIG Z-Racing screen gives the 2017 TRIUMPH DAYTONA 675 R a distinct racing character. Its double-height construction combines an aggressive look with functional wind protection for a sporty seating position.

Aerodynamically developed Z-Racing shape

PUIG tested the disc in the virtual wind tunnel. The raised contour deflects the airflow that would otherwise hit the helmet and upper body upwards. Side channels direct air to the side and reduce pressure in the shoulder area.

Compared to the original screen, the improvement in aerodynamic protection measured is on average 12.7% with the upper body upright and 61% in the racing position.

The disc, developed and manufactured in Barcelona, is quality controlled using a camera-based testing system. In this motorcycle component, PUIG combines a light, durable construction with a precisely designed racing contour.

Versions for individual style

The Z-Racing lens is available in blue, heavily tinted, tinted, black, red, orange and clear. This means that their sporty shape can be tailored specifically to the desired look of the motorcycle.
