Electronic fuel control for the Vespa LX Primavera 4 T 3 V

The MALOSSI Force Master 2 is an electronic control for adapting the injection to Malossi 4-stroke and original cylinders. Using four selectable maps, the tuning can be aligned to the intended combination of exhaust system, cylinder, cylinder head, camshaft and air filter.

Functions and maps

• Injection adjustment with a setting of ± 20%.
• Raising the speed limiter by 2,250 rpm.
• Original rev limiter: 9,250 rpm; Speed ​​limiter with Malossi setting: 11,500 rpm.
• Four maps for different combinations of original or Malossi exhaust system as well as Malossi cylinders with ø 63 mm and 125 cc or 150 cc.

Coordination of the four maps

• Curve 0: Original exhaust system, Malossi cylinder ø 63 mm and 125 cc, original head, original camshaft and original filter.
• Curve 1: Malossi exhaust system with db killer and Malossi cylinder with ø 63 mm and 125 cc with original head, original camshaft and original filter.
• Curve 2: Original exhaust system, Malossi cylinder ø 63 mm and 150 cc, original head, original camshaft and original filter.
• Curve 3: Malossi exhaust system with db killer and Malossi cylinder with ø 63 mm and 150 cc with original head, original camshaft and original filter.

Vehicle assignment and notice

The control is for the Vespa LX Primavera 4 T 3 V in the full year range 2013 to 2015 provided. The combination with an O2 regulator allows comprehensive control of the injection. The product is intended exclusively for racing in designated locations in accordance with the regulations of the relevant sports authorities. Assembly is intended exclusively with a Malossi cylinder.
