Electronic control for the Vespa Sprint 3 V IE

The MALOSSI Force Master 2 is an electronic control for adapting the injection to Malossi 4-stroke and original cylinders. Four defined maps are available for the Vespa Sprint 3 V IE in the 2014-2015 model year range, which take into account different combinations of exhaust system, cylinder, cylinder head, camshaft and air filter.

Function and setting range

• Injection adjustment with a fuel tuning of ± 20% at minimum, medium and maximum speed.
• Raising the rev limiter by 2,250 RPM.
• Original speed limiter: 9,250 RPM; with Malossi Force Master: 11,500 RPM.
• In connection with the O₂controller creates complete control of the fuel preparation.

Four maps

• Curve 0: Original exhaust system, Malossi cylinder kit ø 63 mm 125 cc, original head, original camshaft and original filter.
• Curve 1: Malossi exhaust system with db killer, Malossi cylinder kit ø 63 mm 125 cc, original head, original camshaft and original filter.
• Curve 2: Original exhaust system, Malossi cylinder kit ø 63 mm 150 cc, original head, original camshaft and original filter.
• Curve 3: Malossi exhaust system with db killer, Malossi cylinder kit ø 63 mm 150 cc, original head, original camshaft and original filter.

Vehicle assignment and notice

Suitable for the Vespa Sprint 3 V IE, built 2014-2015. It is used exclusively with a Malossi cylinder. The product is intended exclusively for racing in specially designated locations in accordance with the regulations of the relevant sports authorities.
