MALOSSI Fly system with clutch and bell ø 160

The MALOSSI Fly System combines a reinforced centrifugal clutch with a matching steel clutch bell. Both components are offered together and are tailored to use in scooter transmissions. The clutch is designed for high demands, such as those that can arise from frequent stop-and-go, steep roads, long traffic light phases, operation with a passenger or high outside temperatures.

Technical features of the clutch bell

The bell is forged from Fe DC04 deep-drawing steel. The middle section is made of carbon steel round material and is TIG welded. A welded anti-vibration band with a 3-point 120° pattern complements the construction. The dynamic balancing and the nitrided surface support smooth running and a resilient design in the intended area of ​​use.
