Product features

The ZERO friction fork springs are characterized by their progressive suspension characteristics, which prevent the fork from bottoming out and thus ensure finely tuned damping. With the enclosed general operating permit (ABE), you also save time and costs for additional entries.

Processing technology

An innovative fine grinding process, vibratory grinding, achieves a significant reduction in surface roughness. In a vibrating container, the so-called trough vibrator, the vibrations create an effective smoothing of the surface of the spring, which minimizes friction and as ZERO friction is referred to.

Recommended use

For optimal results, we recommend using SAE 15 viscosity fork oil and an air chamber height of 140mm to achieve the best possible performance and adaptability.
