Construction and manufacturing

HAAN WHEELS manufactures the wheels in the Netherlands and assembles them by hand. The wheel components used include aluminum rims from the Excel 7000 series, milled hubs made of 6082 T6 aluminum alloy and stainless steel spokes. The hubs are made from solid material on CNC machines and anodized. According to the product description, the spokes offer 30% higher tensile strength than OEM spokes. Oversized Koyo bearings and 7075 aluminum spacers are described as design features of Haan Wheels wheels.
