For the 2016 to 2018 Honda CB 500 F, this model-specific ring provides the connection to a compatible Hepco & Becker BASIC tank bag. The complete product includes both the tank ring and the corresponding metal retaining plate for the bag.

Operating principle

The BASIC fastening system works entirely mechanically: the tank bag audibly clicks into place when fitted. The strap at the front releases the connection for removal. The supplied metal retaining plate can be attached to the tank bag according to the shape of the tank and the possible steering lock.
