BASIC tank ring for Honda CB 750 F sevenfifty

The black tank ring is designed for the Honda CB 750 F sevenfifty from model years 1992 to 2003. Its function is to provide a mechanical mount for a suitable Hepco&Becker BASIC tank bag.

Ring and retaining plate in one set

The tank ring is supplied with the required BASIC retaining plate for the tank bag. The position of the retaining plate can be adjusted to suit the tank shape and steering lock. The fuel cap remains accessible after the ring has been fitted.

How it works

When fitted, the tank bag locks with a clearly audible click. To release it, the front strap is operated in the direction of travel; the tank bag can then be removed.

The tank bag must be compatible with the BASIC system. A Lock-it retaining plate cannot be used with this BASIC ring. When installed as intended, ABE and registration are not required. The motorcycle manufacturer's requirements and model-specific instructions also apply.
